Ordering Beef

What We Offer

Our beef is USDA processed by a local butcher and may be purchased as either whole, 1/2, 1/4, or individual cuts.  Depending upon availability, we may be able to deliver directly.  Otherwise, we are happy to assist you in coordinating pickup directly from the butcher.

Grass-Finished Qualities

It takes about 18 months for grass-fed beef to be ready for butchering.

We sometimes have animals or portions available on short notice but if you would like a large quantity, please plan accordingly so we can set an animal aside for you.

We require a deposit of 1/4 the anticipated final price when selecting whole, 1/2, or 1/4 portions.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished.  This provides a unique taste with a more mineral rich flavor profile compared to conventional grain-finished beef.  This is  most noticeable in steaks and other cuts not carrying additional heavy seasonings.
